Request removal from the EverCare directory

If you operate a licensed senior-care home and would like your listing removed from the EverCare Advisors directory, this is the right place. Most requests are processed within 5 business days.

Who can request removal

The person submitting the request should be the home’s licensed operator, administrator, or owner — or someone authorized to speak on their behalf. We will not act on removal requests from competitors, family members of residents, or anonymous parties.

What we’ll do

When a valid removal request comes in, we:

  1. Acknowledge the request by email within 1 business day.
  2. Hide the listing from public view immediately while we verify the request.
  3. Verify your role with the home (DSHS license records, business registration, or a callback to the licensed phone number on file).
  4. Permanently remove the listing once verified, and confirm by email.

What we won’t do

We will not edit a listing to your specifications while keeping it published. The choice is to keep the listing as-is (correcting any factual errors you point out) or to remove it entirely. Selectively presenting facts to make a home look better is not something we do for any home.

We will not take payment for removal. There is no fee for this. There is also no “premium placement” — every Vetted listing earned that status by visit, not by payment.

If your listing is wrong

If the listing is up but the information is inaccurate (wrong address, wrong phone, outdated capacity, payment-types changed), submit a correction below instead of a full removal. Same form, same response time.

Submit your request

This goes directly to the EverCare advisor team. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 1 business day, call us at the number on the Contact page.
