What we collect
When you use this website or engage our placement services, we may collect:
- Contact information you provide through forms — first name, last name, email address, phone number.
- Care-search details you provide during the intake process — the person needing care, their relationship to you, their care needs (mobility, cognitive status, medical information), location preferences, budget path, urgency, and related information you choose to share.
- Communications between you and our advisor team — phone call notes, email exchanges, SMS conversations, form submissions.
- Website analytics data — pages visited, referral source, approximate geographic region (city level), device type, browser, and behavior within the site. This is aggregated and not linked to individual identity unless you’ve also submitted contact information.
- Cookies and similar technologies — essential cookies for site functionality, and (with your consent via our cookie banner) analytics cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How we use what we collect
We use the information you provide to:
- Provide placement-advisor services — build a shortlist of homes, coordinate tours, assist with move-in logistics.
- Follow up via phone, email, or SMS about your care-search request (consistent with the TCPA-compliant consent captured at intake).
- Share relevant information with the specific home you have chosen to tour or place into — only with your prior consent.
- Improve the website and our services based on aggregate usage data.
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
- Specific adult family homes, assisted living facilities, or memory care communities you have indicated interest in touring. We obtain consent before sharing contact information with any facility.
- Service providers that support our operations — email providers, call-tracking systems, form processors, website analytics — under confidentiality agreements, only for the specific purpose of providing the service.
- Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to enforce our legal rights.
- A business successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction — with the same privacy obligations carried forward.
We do not share your information with third-party marketing services, data brokers, or unaffiliated service providers beyond what’s described above.
How long we keep information
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations:
- Non-placement inquiries (families who contacted us but didn’t complete a placement): 24 months.
- Completed placements: 7 years — supporting post-placement follow-up, re-placement if needed, and compliance with Washington record-retention guidelines for advisor engagements.
- Website analytics: 14 months in aggregate (Google Analytics default retention).
- Billing records associated with placements: 7 years (tax and financial record-keeping).

Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your information (subject to legal and retention-period exceptions).
- Withdraw consent at any time for non-essential processing (analytics, marketing communications).
- Opt out of phone, email, or SMS communications — reply STOP to any SMS, click Unsubscribe on any email, or email advisor@evercareadvisors.com.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under Washington consumer privacy laws — noting that we do not sell personal information.
